Dear fellow runner You are receiving this email because you signed up for the 2XU Compression Run workshop on Saturday 21 Jan, 2017 at Marina Square. My trainers and I are looking forward to meeting you in person but meantime here are some very important things you should know before this Saturday. 1. Please check your email on Wednesday onwards, we will be sending you an online Mental Skills Test, from the US-based Mental Toughness Research Institute (www.mentaltoughnessprofile.com). Please complete this test *before Thursday 19 Jan* - in order to receive your profile results. Dr Edgar Tham will be sharing how you can improve your mental skills, based on your profile. 2. Come in running attire and bring along a small towel, you will need it for exercises and hands on activity. I will be sharing with you what is the correct running gait and posture, what core and strength exercises to do to improve. 3. Please come on time by 3.15PM. We will start promptly at 3.30PM and will end by 6.30PM. It will be a packed and interesting agenda.
